He was honest, professional, super knowledgeable, friendly, and his prices were very reasonable! He ordered parts ahead of time, and he was so kind that he drove me to and from Markville Mall while my car was getting work done. He was very communicative about the work he was doing and even washed my car! He knows what he is doing and I 100% recommend him!!

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.
