The amount of food is just right. The delivery is quick and the food is still hot. The food is delicious and not hard on the wallet. The customer service is friendly. The order comes correct. I am very well pleased with my experience with their over the phone ordering and delivery services. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

This is a regular morning stop for me on Edmonton Trail on my way to work in Calgary and I am alwasy greeted with the same smiling faces each morning, super friendly staff and my coffee/breakfast is always great and hot! These folks have become part of my morning routine!

My elderly mother has been seeing Dr. Anand for years, and he is so wonderful with her-i.e. always friendly and warm. He takes time to explain her results and his recommended course of action. His approach to patient care is unsurpassed. He clearly puts the needs of others before his own.

I recently went here for my friend's bday brunch. The food was fantastic - I had the farmers benny. We got to sit on the patio, which was nice, because the inside of the restaurant is very small. The service was wonderful, and the drink selection was quite large. I have also heard they have terrific fondue which I will be trying soon.

I called late at night to ask if the ice cream machine was still on, and was greeted by a manager named Rebecca. She was fantastic and showed me excellent customer service by quickly informing me of the schedule of how long they would have the machines open. Highly recommend contacting the management team here if you have any questions or concerns.

Food was excellent. Glad I gave it another try after it being trendies as the food and service was terrible. New owners have dropped outrageous prices and drastically increased the quality of food. Can actually afford to take my family to dinner now. Steak and pizza are amazing there as well as everything else I've had. Kids menu very affordable. 100% would recommend.

Went there with friends for lunch for the first time - WOW the amount of food you can get for about $12 is unbelievable. Ordered the Lunch Bento Box Special with Sushi and Tempura, and got Miso soup, a salad, huge bowl of rice, 4 HUGE pieces of Sushi and several HUGE pieces of tempura. I couldn't even finish it all!

This was our first time at Swiss Chalet. The restaurant was quite busy for 4PM Sunday, but not packed. The atmosphere was very pleasant.
The waitress seemed to be in a hurry. Looks like they were short staffed. She messed up our drinks and the cook never brought us the buns we were supposed to get with our meal. My tea cup had something dried up on it (looked like brown sugar), which I had to scrape off with my fingers :)))) I didn't bother asking to get a new one.
The food was very tasty, although the dessert (sundae) was far too sweet .
Overall a nice little lower-middle class restaurant with good atmosphere.
The service could be better though.
