Gord is the best tech I have ever met. His commitment to the proper repair and technique is unmatched by any mechanic probably because he is a full on journeyman that has always been able to diagnose and repair anything. Their is no room for screw ups or over billing due to his competency. I am a local shop owner and tech and Gord is a constant supply of technical assistance to us and many other shops that call him for advise. Got a big $ quote somewhere else, call him. Make sure its right.

FAST FAST FAST service! Sean and Rocco were great. They replaced all the brakes, both hood struts, both sway bars, a leaking oil sensor and did a complete oil service with a moly slip additive, in just a few hours and they offer a car rental on the spot if requested.
My BMW dealer would have taken two days and charged triple, but then they do wash your car and sometimes give you a pen.

my situation: needed to get the trailer hitch on my GMC 2500 HD moved off the spare tire. Lady hit me from behind drilling the bumper and the hitch into the rear tire, so it would not be able to come down in case we needed the spare, on our trip back to Calgary. I have received exceptional service over the past 20+ years. Orlex has been in the business for a very long time, he's knowledgeable and can pin point an issue right away. The best part is that despite his vast experience and large clientele, he always takes time to check what is needed, unlike other places where you are charged extra for services that are not needed. I always trust that I will be charge fairly and he looks for a similar and less expensive car replacement, when possible.
