I went to Kal Tire after getting a flat tire and being unable to remove one of the bolts on the tire. Kal Tire was able to service the vehicle in a very reasonable amount of time and the cost was VERY affordable! Extremely great customer service, everyone was really nice and friendly. They also offer a great follow up service to make sure that the tire change went well and the vehicle is in driving condition. I would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone looking for a vehicle service. Thanks!

Solution based approach and I just find with TD in general seems to be a consistency and genuine compassion in hardship and working towards solutions and non judgemental. I have more confidence in mending my situation and feeling like I don't need to ' avoid ' my finances. Professional with a human side unparalleled by any other bank or business I've done business with. Only wish I started banking here years ago . Keep trusting in your customers and being kind to all . Mike is the man. I have been taking the all of our family's vehicles to him since 1997 when he was still on old Victoria. You can count on him for realistic and reasonable estimates. He seems to always find the problem quickly, and fix it so it stays fixed.
And he's not tied to a dealership so he can save a bundle using jobber parts, or even used parts when appropriate. Very trust worth and good service.

Jackie Brown was great. She was quick, answered all of our questions, and offered advice about how we could save money now and in the future.
She was very informative on the phone when we called before we went in.
She was very friendly and offered to help us with contacting ICBC to see why our insurance payments were higher than the last year that we insured our motor cycle.
I would highly recommend going here.
Jackie was kind and did a great job.

My boyfriend and I got off the plane, went here because it was recommened to us and they had room available at a decent cost...not only did they have a room which we could afford, but they upgraded to an apartment-style hotel (with a full kitchen) for no extra charge! Thank you. We loved our stay. The room was clean and the hotel is trying to be environmentally friendly, which I appreciate! The hotel puts a hold on your credit card just to ensure that you don't smoke in your room or steal towels (:-P), but it was uplifted as soon as we checked out.
