I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE IN A SECOND.They HAVE ALWAYS gone out of their way , TO GIVE THE BEST & FRIENDLIEST SERVICE POSSIBLE.(I've been there 3 times now.) Their rates appear to be MORE THAN REASONABLE , for the work being performed. I WOULDN'T GO ANY PLACE ELSE.

Jeremy was great to deal with. They re- checked the "problem" that was diagnosed by another garage only to find out I can keep my money.... They are nice fellows and I'll be returning to them with any work that needs to be done in the future. I'm glad these guys are around :-)

I am an out of province visitor to Calgary. Had a problem with my Thule roof rack. Wanted to move the crossbars, but all the locks were frozen. The staff at the 16th Ave.NW store were very friendly and helpful in solving the problem. Great service and highly recommended.

Dropped off at 7:20 AM this morning (Apr 07/21) - David was upfront about the wait time (based on quick inspection) - booked an appointment for (Apr 12/21) in case they could not get to it today/rest of the week and said it would be better not to drive. Up front about cost and emailed me the quote and that they could possibly get it done tonight by closing. Got the call it was ready - very impressed with the staff and the job that they did.
