I had my vehicle repaired at Zenetec Tiffin after it was rear-ended. I am extremely satisfied with the work performed. When my vehicle was returned to me, the interior had been detailed. Also, my dealings with the staff, either by phone or email, were always quite pleasant. I would recommend Zenetec to any of my friends or family members who find themselves in a similar situation.

Actually, I am a little worried to be recommending Alec so highly, since he is the best damn mechanic I have ever had. I am worried that he is going to get too busy that he will not have time to fit me into his schedule in the future. Take it from me, he is the most honest, fair and professional mechanic you will find anywhere. It will be a sad day for me when he does eventually retire. I personally do not trust anyone else with my vehicles and as a result, I refuse to go anywhere else.

Angelo is a master of complex machinery -- I see Jaguars, Rolls-Royces in for service. So mainstream cars like my Subaru are a piece of cake for him. More than once he has correctly diagnosed a car problem from my description over the phone. He kept my 2000 Nissan Maxima going strong 322,000 kilometres and years after most of this year's odel were off the road.

I’m no dummy and I don’t like being treated like one. After calling another company to check out the garage door openers they carried and getting treated like an idiot, I ended the conversation and called Barmac. That was the smartest thing I could have done. It was great to talk with someone who knows how to interact with customers and not talk down to them. I found the opener that was just right for my garage door and had it installed in no time. Thanks!

This is such a great place. I have a handicapped nephew who struggles to keep his car on the road. The fellows at Beatty Bros. have always been great to him. They keep his little car running and treat my nephew with great respect. They always go above and beyond to help. I recommend them highly.

Great auto body and mechanical shop on the Danforth. They've been in the community for 50 years. Joe will take care of you and your car.
I go for everything from oil changes to mechanical issue, and for paint etc after accidents. They recently renovated, and the front office looks amazing.

I had the option of sending my Range Rover Instrument Cluster overseas to get it repaired by Land Rover experts, have it replaced at considerable cost or find someone local who can repair it. The last option is not an easy feat. Very little local guys are experts or know what they are doing. But I can tell you, Alex at Danmax is a Master Auto Electrical guy. I cant tell you how relieved I was. The guy is a master in my view. Very happy with the results. Thanks Alex!

Had my 2007 Mazda 6 Touring Edition rear ended and the trunk ruined. Had to replace it, re-paint it and re-wire it. the price was right and the work was done at 110%! The rear looks better than before you can tell they put in time to restore it properly. Dee and Dave were great to deal with and even got me a nice rental car for a few days. My paint is unique (Stormfront Grey Metallic)looks almost purple and they matched it perfectly. Will recommend them to anyone who needs a great Bodyshop.

Rui takes the time to explain things to you and as a woman gong to a mechanic, I appreciate that he does not talk down to me because I am not a "GUY". He tells you what needs to be done NOW, what can wait and other issues that he notices and how long you have before they become URGENT. Fair pricing, good service, car always ready within the agreed upon timeline - GREAT place to go have your vehicle taken care of !

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.
