I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Rui takes the time to explain things to you and as a woman gong to a mechanic, I appreciate that he does not talk down to me because I am not a "GUY". He tells you what needs to be done NOW, what can wait and other issues that he notices and how long you have before they become URGENT. Fair pricing, good service, car always ready within the agreed upon timeline - GREAT place to go have your vehicle taken care of !

Very good food at reasonable prices. Always packed at lunch-times. We eat here or take-out regularly,often twice a week. A gem for Hong Kong cafe style food. Lots of loyal regular customers.
Hope Restaurantica merges these Scarborough restaurants under the Toronto heading soon to make their web offering more user friendly and therefore better.

Early August 2017 had J&S give me an estimate to replace my two car garage door- They provided good quality product,showed up on time, completed the installation as was agreed,removed old door and cleaned up when they finished. They know what they are doing when it comes to roofing. They have no fear, put it that way. They completed my (high peaks, multiple valleys) roof in one very full day, where as all other quotes said it would take a minimal of 1.5 days. They were half the price of all the other quotes I received also. You may have to clean up some debrie and nails afterwards, but I expected that. The professionalism wasn't at it's highest either. All in all, they did what they were supposed to and performed it
