Prices were more than fair and the mechanic was honest about pricing and warranties. Very knowledgeable and fixed my issue very quickly. I waited in the reception area while it was being repaired and was frequently updated on what was going on with my car. HIGHLY recommend for women drivers who are wary of Mechanic shops because this guy EXPLAINS the issues and uses new parts with Warranty. No used parts. A great experience.

The team at North York Motors are great mechanics and very honest. I have been going there 2 years myself and my wife. My wife had gone there to do an oil change because the vehicle was saying to get one and when we got there we were told to go by the suggested km rating sticker we had that was placed on the windshield. she has 2500 km to go. They reset the program on the vehicle and she left free of charge. That is just one example of there honesty, will recommend all drivers to go to there.

Great service, Great mechanics, No waiting time and car was fixed within one hour. I had a problem with my car for months and other mechanic shops were not able to find the problem and fix it.
I am very happy with the service, shop is clean, waiting area is clean and office looks nice.

Left my car here for around 2 weeks. I wanted to fix up all my dings and scratches so they offered to do a full body paint job on my new mercedes. My car went through a lot and i had a lot of high way driving. lots of stone chips and dents all over my car and my car was only 1 1/2 years old. Jonny is a great guy he offered me a good price to repair it all and said he would make it showroom again. great job was done and a lot of quality was put into work! my car looks newer than new!

I needed to take my 1999 Honda Accord in for repair after a hit and run incident.
As soon as I walked into Fix Auto Richmond Hill I noticed how clean and well organized the office was.
Not to mention the staff were very professional and helpful.
Although the owner was busy the other employees were very competent and welcoming.
Also, they are open Saturdays which is very convenient.
I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I had a tear in one of my pipes. The dealerships told me I had to replace the whole system but with a bit of research online, I found this place. Alan (the mechanic) helped me patch up just the damaged area for less than $100. He showed me the work, and the tear was gone as if it was never there. I was being advised by my insurance company to do some repairing on my car at this Kings Auto Body Shop. Joe, the manager of the shop, is very helpful, he knows all the procedure of claiming insurance, repairing and car rental. I feel very comfortable for letting this shop to take care of my car. I bought a used Honda Pilot from Elite Auto Wholesalers. The owner was fantastic. The whole transaction was problem-free. There was no pressure, and I got exactly what was advertised. In this day of corrupt used car dealers, it was great to be looked after so well by these guys. When I took the car for an independent vehicle inspection, two mechanics told me that this dealership had a reputation for being trustworthy. And they were correct. I strongly recommend these guys.
