I am a widow and have been using Minit-Tune for years. I depend on them. Their prices are fair and they have always provided clear explanations about what my car needs to keep running reliably, and also explained what I don't need to worry about. I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.

After someone tried to steal my car and trashed my ignition Kirmac did a great job of getting me back on the road. Extremely friendly and businesslike. I did have a small problem with a warning light after the work was done. I went back and once again got excellent service. Everyone was great. Problem solved.
