Greetings, I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department. This not a complaint at all. I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business. My husband & I stopped in at this Kal Tire location to have a tire checked on my new vehicle before continuing home from our vacation at Paul Lake. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Nick made sure that there was no damage to the tire and that the pressure was correct. We were pleasantly surprised when he said there was no cost. Wonderful way to treat customers and we would recommend this location to our family and friends should they ever need their services. Lire plus
