I came home this morning to find my garage not opening/closing. I noticed the spring was broken in half. I called ASAP garage doors around 615am and had someone at my house by 725am. I was very happy with the quality of work and customer service from Boyd Autobody on W 73rd. I was given free estimates from friendly staff who were willing to help me out as I did not have glass coverage on my insurance. Fred gave me a great deal within my budget and was just as friendly in person, along with the other staff members. My windshield was replaced within a few hours and they even washed and vaccumed my car! The cabin noise has been reduced significantly in my 16-year old vehicle and of course, the windshield is flawless. I would definitely recommend them! Lire plus

I could not be happier with the service and quality at this Craftsman Collision. I dropped my car off and because I didn't have comprehensive coverage I was not able to get a free rental car. However, the manager was kind enough to give me a ride to work. He even had the car dropped off at my work when it was complete. The labor was performed in 2 day, which was one day ahead of schedule. This was great because I depend on my car as most people do and I was happy to get it back a day early. The quality of the work was excellent, it was like new. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was especially impressed with the care and customer service provided by the manager Greg Kirkby. I had a new ignition lock assembly replaced in my 2002 Mercedes SLK320 at Henneken Auto Sales and Service and they did a wonderful job and the price was exactly what they quoted me. When it comes to Mercedes specialized repairs this is the best shop in the Lower Mainland! Hans and Falko were extremely helpful with their no-nonsense approach and repairs. The official Mercedes Dealership would have charged me 3 to 4 times more for this job and they did not even bother calling me back!!! Lire plus
