I was buying a used car, and took it in for an inspection and recommendation. After a road test, and some shop inspection for the overall used car safety inspection, Murray at North Hill Services suggested the probable solution to a problem, that the previous owner had been unable to have diagnosed at other garages, and at the dealer. Old fashioned approach to fixing vehicles. Good thorough and honest summary of what is wrong with prioritized plan to rectify them. Different options of using the best parts, regular parts or even used offered. No fancy person at computer desk trying to see how much work and money they can take you for.
