Should have rated years ago. Customer since 2008 and Lloyd has been great at diagnosing auto issues and explaining what you need. He has done everything from oil changes to replacing a motor for me. Work is excellent and I have never had to return for a second fix. Prices are very fair and Lloyd does what he says and will check with you before doing any unplanned work. The team at Mainway is top notch. Janice, Brad and the service team are all excellent. I refuse to take my car anywhere else. They are the best around. When I had issues with my Mercedes parts warranty, Brad went to the dealership to ensure that I was being taken care of and they were not parts bombing my car. He was not getting paid for this and in no way was he responsible for the car, but he did it anyway to make sure I was being treated fairly. Honest, reliable and friendly.

I would like to say I had the most wonderful experience purchasing a used car from Keith on Sunday. I received an immediate phone call from Keith when I email Car Guru. He was very honest and upfront and answered all my questions or concerns I had regarding the vehicle. He did not pressure me at any point to purchase to vehicle.
