Everytime I go to the Brick I get excellent service. I had to buy a mattress for myself. I am very pleased with the product. Because they didn't tell me about the mattress and bed pick up for 40$, they came today and picked it up for free. Also, they took my old oven for 20$ even though I bought the new one from Leon's and not them. Leon's charges 30$. If you go to the Brick ask for Wanda or Gary. I get very good service from them. They are honest and not at all pushy.

I can't say enough of how wonderful it is to shop here. I have been shopping here since its inception, and all the staff, I mean all the staff are a wonderful team of individuals who are always eager to help and go the extra mile. This is one if not the best place in Ottawa to shop. Starting from the Beauty Boutique, the Manager, her assistant and everyone else is top notch, experienced and knowledgeable. The best team in the City as far as I am concerned.

I work for a delivery company and Went to the dollarama at 525 9th east to do a pick up today. There was a bit of a misunderstanding with the packaging requirements and the label was missing. The manager from 1 water street was there, not only did she resolve the issue but she also worked with the employees in a kind and understanding manner which in turn ended up being a solid team effort leading to them learning how to do this and me being able to continue on in a timely fashion. Thanks Sydney

Small store but fairly well stocked with basics.
But... as the big grocery stores have cut their Asian stock down to a nub. I'n hoping this will allow the store to bring in a larger diversity of goods. Even so, I'll continue to shop there. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

This small, family owned convenience store is a piece of history in Cornwall. With friendly, helpful staff they're not only there to cash out your goodies, they're there to lend an ear and offer advice when it's needed. Since moving it's the one thing I miss about Cornwall.
