Both my late husband and myself have had our cars serviced there for years. And he had an older model Camaro and they would go the extra mile to find parts. I took my 2005 ford focus in today to just have new windshield wipers installed. They notice all my tires were low. and toped them to the proper PSI. no charge, So I really appreciate them going the extra mile. I have found courtesy goes both ways.

From Ryan, Katt and Gail. Weve been shopping at bentleys for a few years now, and we all have really come to enjoy the owner and his son and loved going in and seeing them and stopping for a chat. The store in owned by such incredibly kind people, the type that make you feel like family when you go in. Countless times when myself or my husband would go in to get our vape stuff, They would ask about my mom and or my husband and etc. They truly are wonderful !! Thank you so much for everything! <3

The moment you walk through the door the wonderful smell of cedar and their friendly staff greet you. Just the most amazing bird store!! I’ve learned SO MUCH over the years about our local birds from the amazing owner Colin! They always answer my e mail or phone queries promptly and carry quality seeds and related products. It’s the highlight of our Nanaimo shopping trip!

From many years of experience, I have found Cloverdale Paints to offer paint and stain products that go on easily, are thick and do not splatter or drip and are long lasting. The relatively new Sharkskin exterior stain is excellent.
Plus, the store staff at the 6950 King George Blvd location are terrific with a real focus on customer service.
I highly recommend Cloverdale Paint for the products and service to anyone looking for the best place to go for paint supplies

Shopping this morning left the store, escalator stalled with carts. Security quickly responded, quietly instructed elderly gent & customers not to pull on carts. Resumed promptly, little down time.

I always get first class customer service at the location. The sales department staff are willing to help and their printing service is excellent for a small business owner like me. I can submit online and then pickup in the store. That saves me time. In a day when service is generally poor in retail environments, Staple's is an example of what service should be.

This store is great for one big reason. They're open 24 hours! We have relied on this store countless times when dealing with a sick child in the middle of the night or needing one or two last toilettries before departing on an early morning flight. Combined with Shoppers Drug Mart's usual great service and selection of items you can't go wrong with this store.

This Cosmetics Department is the best on the island. The ladies are amazing. They really listened to what I had to say and helped me to pick out exactly what I needed. Debbie helped me today but all of the ladies are great. Super Staff. I love shopping here.

I used to go to the other Fraser street location but since this one opened I'm a customer for life! They have a bigger selection of food and cosmetics. All the staff is friendly and helpful. I like that they carry ethnic foods too!

Staff had to fit me with a compression sleeve for my arm..didnt hve the one needed but went searching and found a substitute. Took their time and fit me right and offered suggestions to help healing. I had heard they were good thats why I went to them and they ARE excellent, also very kind and considerate. Would recommend them to anyone

I switched to this Pharmasave a few years ago after finally getting fed up with Shoppers, and I have not regretted my decision. Almost every time I go in, they greet me by name, but I don't recognize them. It really is remarkable good service. They also deliver when I need it, which is a blessing to me. Always helpful and kind.
