Wonderful experience at the auto repair on Dec 12, 2024, was passing through from out of town, had an electrical glitch in new 2024 Chevy Suburban tire sensor. They got me in earlier than I expected (given my predicament perhaps?), regardless, got me in 1 and 1/2 hr early, and, on the road again in 1/2 hr. Faulty tire pressure sensor! Great Work guys, human compassion exists!!

Dr. Alaura did something I never thought would happen! I have been suffering from shoulder pain for years and have tried everything including another chiropractor with no results and after only 6 visits there was relief and after 12, mobility was back and the pain and numbness down my arm were down to pretty much non-existent. I live in Kingston Ontario and decided that since it was my Moms birthday that I should send her some nice flowers. I called Fleurs and spoke with a very friendly employee who after asking several questions knew exactly what it was I was looking for and that it would be no problem in having it delivered to my moms place in an hour. True to their word my moms flower arrangment did arrive quickly and my mom said that they did an amazing job and that she was very very happy with her flowers,,, Thanks Fleurs for doing an amazing job and in helping me give my mom a great birthday gift. :)

When I get bad service I let the company know it. When I get good service I let everyone know it. Had my bi-annual Tire swap done and the job was done quickly and right on schedule for one vehicle and quickly and earlier then my scheduled appointment on my second vehicle. Brianna the service counter attendant was both courteous and helpful. All companies need more people like her manning the customer service front lines. Well done guys and girl.
