I called them on a Tuesday in a rush when I found out the lease end inspection on my 2012 BMW X3 was just 2 days away. I wanted the car to look impeccable and needed a full exterior and interior detail STAT. Owner told me they were booked for the week, but that if I would pay a tiny bit extra he'd keep a guy overnight to detail my car.
Seriously?
That's some Ritz Carlton level service right there.
I brought the car in the next morning and waited for magic to be done. Excellent experience!

The Mayfair is a wonderful fitness, tennis, squash, and swimming club. The staff is impressive, from the front desk, to maintenance, to fitness coaches, and instructors -- professional and helpful. Since going there, Ive lost 16 pounds while quitting smoking. Both my body and my attitude have undergone profound, positive changes. I also recommend the spa and yoga studio downstairs.

Georgina made us feel important, gave us her time in explaining product, always keeping in touch, was very quick with responses. Great company and even better service. Not sure why this place has really bad reviews. I got an appointment Friday Morning 9:15am, place was busy, staff were friendly, clean place, doctor Efrem Mendelcorn was ok. Only bad thing is there is a long waiting time, 2-3 hours to get things done.
