I took my car in after purchase as it seemed the wheel balance was off. When I picked it up they were quick and honest about a small scratch they put in the rim while balancing. Very happy they were up front about it

Several months ago I had to get a mirror replaced on my old Toyota. They took me right in, got me to my work, and had the mirror installed by end of day. Great job. I had to get some scratches and dents removed on my brand new Mazda last month. They did an excellent job. I had another little incident in the same spot and they fixed it for free! I am so impressed with them. Lisa is the best! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help!

I can't say enough good things about Randall and the team at Enterprise! They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. When it came time to pick up my car, I was in a bit of a time crunch, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and stress-free. My daughter took her car in for brake work, they discovered there was a recall on the brakes. They informed her about it and sent us over to Mazda. Clearly they put their customers first with this type honesty!

Dropped off at 7:20 AM this morning (Apr 07/21) - David was upfront about the wait time (based on quick inspection) - booked an appointment for (Apr 12/21) in case they could not get to it today/rest of the week and said it would be better not to drive. Up front about cost and emailed me the quote and that they could possibly get it done tonight by closing. Got the call it was ready - very impressed with the staff and the job that they did. I am an out of province visitor to Calgary. Had a problem with my Thule roof rack. Wanted to move the crossbars, but all the locks were frozen. The staff at the 16th Ave.NW store were very friendly and helpful in solving the problem. Great service and highly recommended.
