Mr Graf and Riley quite possibly saved my life when I limped in to their shop. Even though they are heavy duty shop they were gracious enough to repair the wheel on my small SUV. I was driving from Nelson to Calgary when my wheel started making noise and eventually shaking. They found that it was about to actually fall off and had one stud shorn off! They could have easily hustled me off to another shop (all in town were extremely busy) but they took the time to help out a traveller in need.

Today I locked both my sets of keys in my truck at the gas station, Sonny was there fast and it only took him a few minutes and I was unlocked! Thank you for the great service Sonny! :)

We stopped in with a low tire warning which turned out to be a false alarm. They did a great twice over of all the tires and pronounced us good to go, all at no charge. We really appreciated the good service and at no charge.
