Their customer service is amazing! They wowd me. I called the store yesterday and couldnt get thru on the automated system. I'm taking the time to write this review because Bob rescued me from a potentially catastrophic outcome from a broken head bolt on my 2002 Subaru. His cost was a fraction of what I would have spent pulling the motor and sending it to a machine shop. Bob provides a unique and valuable service.

I contacted Nicholson Automotive when my Toyota Matrix started to sound more like a light aircraft than a car. Chris was very helpful on the phone and the car was booked in. After looking at the car, Chris gave me a couple of options for a fix, and then proceeded with a same-day resolution as we agreed.
I am very happy with the service I received and I shall recommended Nicholson Automotive to all my friends and family.

Brought my Car in to have wiring issues fixed from a previous installation from a friend of a door popper that fried my door popper wires, speaker wires and back lights. The guys fixed all my issues and showed me what was wrong the first time and put in more fuses to stop any similar issue happening again.
If you want things done right, take your car here. Pricing was fair and worth the peace of mind.
