Excellent customer service and a comprehensive, well-maintained inventory of chemicals, water treatment/maintenance options & pool accessories (including a nice selection of pool toys & floating chairs). Prices are reasonable with a regular assortment of discounted items & specials. In fact, I can’t recall in 10 years ever being told that a product was out of stock or having left empty-handed. Staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and quick to offer assistance & advice. Highly recommended!

Ive always had acne problem skin. Jacqueline finally gave me hope that I wasnt going to suffer with it. She is so knowledgeable and told me what products to use and not use, I was so lost.If your looking for an expert to help you shes amazing and so caring, you can tell she loves what she does.I felt super glowy because of her treatments. Yes, you may peel after a acne chemical peel but in my experience I loved it! I called it the butterfly effect. All that new skin was super smooth and clear.

We first met Paul four years ago when we were trying to find a daycare facility that would take our two pups ages 9 weeks and 5 years old for a few hours while we attended the funeral of a family member in Orillia. We called on the way up from Toronto and Paul happened to be available and accommodating. He had a litter of Labs around the same age of Forest and he put Forest with his litter. We were very impressed with Paul, the facility and the care the dogs received and have been clients since.

He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. Mai has been really helping with our family. Two daughters have lymes, rocky mountain fever and a host of symptoms and I have migraines. She uses traditional medicine and acupuncture and cupping and it has been amazing. I have not had to use my prescription meds. Highly recommend her. She is a caring practitioner.
