I was having an issue with my furnace and couldn't diagnose it. I called Meer Mechanical and they had someone out to my place within a day. The tech had to show up before and after his scheduled shift in order to fit me in. There was a slight discrepancy on the invoice re: the time the tech was at my house. I called John the owner and discussed the bill with him. He made it right and was concerned about my satisfaction as a customer. Rare to find that in contractors these days.

The RMT is very knowledgeable about his field and is very understanding and respectful of my grandmother's cultural diversity and accommodates her accordingly.
