Pet Smart is a great place to get your dogs groomed. This one is my home base but I have experienced a dozen in my travels and I love them all. Of course I'm partial to home base.

Months down the road my iPhone was on its last legs, and I decided to contact him. I found out he had sadly relocated to the Victoria location. However, he went above and beyond and was still able to set me up with a new iPhone at a great price! All I had to do was pick up the phone from the Kelowna store. I bring my SUV for tire swap twice a year and store my unused tires with them. I like to stay in the lounge while the work is done because the level of customer service these folks provide is a joy to listen to. They are polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and won’t try to sell you on something you don’t need. I’m always greeted with a smile, and would recommend them to anyone who asks.
