I've had only 4 cold laser sessions on my knee and am so pleased. I suffer with meniscus pain and am waiting for surgery which just got rescheduled again. I noticed a difference the first time and can walk up the stairs now without pain. This service is great, happy not to go out in bad weather to have my appointment. We took in a pressure washer during the busy spring season. They were honest about there being a long wait as they had so many jobs ahead of us. Always a good sign I think, to see a business with so many people wanting to use them. Did a great job, machine runs like new, the cost was much more reasonable than we expected and they managed to get it done a bit quicker than we were told. Highly recommend!

I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.

Consistently very helpful and I have always had excellent service. Have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a prescription to be filled especially great after a visit to Emergency or after surgery at nearby Nanaimo hospital when you are not up to par. Chairs, coffee and cookies are available. Compounding services are offered. Prescriptions costs seem to be comparable to the least expensive and largest pharmacies in Nananimo.

I give Maria five stars plus. Several years ago I had my eyebrows permanently tattooed. The tattoo artist had my right eyebrow significantly higher than the right and not completely filled in. I did not think it was fixable so did not pursue the matter. I had to wear my bangs longer. On a whim I went to Maria and she worked her magic. Not only did she leave me with beautifully arched eyebrows(the same) but she also mixed colors to achieve the perfect color to match my hair and skin tone.
