My laptop needed a new hard drive. It was installed the same day, and the technician transferred my files to the new hard drive. In addition, I bought a refurbished laptop that was on display, and once again the technician transferred my files to the Refurbished laptop. Both were ready later that day.The technicians are wonderful!! I have been a customer for a few years now, and I will continue to be a customer. Dr. Ashim Goswami came to the rescue when I had a dental emergency on the long weekend. He took the time out of his day off to help with my dental emergency. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the upcoming plan and that all my questions and concerns were answered. I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. Very fair price. Stayed at a different hotel in the area and we had some issues with the level of sound so we moved to this one for 2 days. They have a shield up at the front desk for Covid, customer service is good, rooms are clean and they offer a decent breakfast. Other hotel had just fruit and a coffee. This one had a muffin, yogurt, coffee and juice. Cant complain. If we are in the area we will stay again. Thanks to Rahma for helping us!
