This was my second visit and procedure. Again, from Reception staff to Dr. Thom and his Assistant great experience and painless by a very gentle and caring Doctor. A most pleasant experience-again. I would recommend him to any member of my family and friends.

After having been abandoned by the dentist I first went to in Victoria, I happened upon Dr Serink and her team. I called on a Monday morning and they were able to book me in for an appointment the following morning. I subsequently had work done in a kind and professional manner, alleviating my concerns and being grateful for finding a dental office that put my fears to rest. Thank you Tear Serink for your kind and professional service. You shall be remembered, and I shall return regularly.

I have loved receiving Dr Penny Seth-Smith's naturopathic care for the last 24 years. She is extremely skilled and generous, highly-intelligent and helpful to her numerous clients - many of whom naturally sing her praises for years. She has helped me especially homeopathically, and she is very knowledgable and experienced in numerous aspects of naturopathic medicine. Didnt wait, staff was taking all COVID-19 precautions, Dr Prevost explained procedures clearly and cheerfully. Went for a broken tooth and general visit and NO PAIN!. He knows his stuff. Je suis satisfait car en plus ils sont francophone!

I have been seeing Riki for a few years and she's been able to help me sort through my depression and anxiety brought on by past trauma. She has the ability to direct me through thoughts and help me see ways to think and act differently so that I can have a more positive and fulfilling outcome with interpersonal relations. And although I still struggle at times, she has been supportive and constant in her approach which helps me to think in a more positive way.
I highly recommend her.

I had a terribly ingrown toe. Dr. Marshall took the time to explain the procedure making me feel very comfortable with everything. The procedure was very quick and relatively painless. My toe feels amazing and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

I had a new crown affixed to tooth 37, a molar at the bottom left of my mouth in September/October 2020. Dr. John Keyes of Vancouver Island Prosthodontics performed this procedure. I found him to be a highly trained, careful, gentle and most excellent prosthodontist. He was very patient, explained every step of the procedure as he went thought the process and most patient with all my questions. Without reservation I highly recommend this prosthodontist! He is the best in the business.
