Dr Kong had been my dentist for years. I moved away and found myself with a toothache and I went to a well known clinic that deals with implants. They suggested removing 4 or 5 of my teeth including a front tooth. The cost was huge. I decided to go back to my original dentist in Newmarket. I've always feared dentists and have very sensitive teeth, but Dr. Shelley Patton is the best! After 8+ years with her and then 6 years away in another province, I happily returned to the same caring and professional staff and services that I experienced before...and will hopefully never have to leave again. Shelley's warm personal attention, understanding, and especially gentle freezings(!), make going to the dentist almost pleasant...and I couldn't recommend her more.

After going other places, took my mother-in-law here to get hearing checked. The service was excellent and the Audiologist here really knew her stuff. Treated comfortably and no heavy sales pressure. This is the way I expected to get treated and prices were very competitive for hearing aids.

Juan came to fix my toilet, as it was plugged. I needed a new one. He left to buy the toilet and accessories to complete the job. He came back in a timely manner. Completed the job, cleaned up the area and took the old toilet away. I was quite satisfied, as we are seniors and could not have done this work ourselves. I also like the fact that all leaks are covered. He was also very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, step by step. Thank you Drain Rescue Plumbers.
