Very professional, easy to work with and everything is upfront (work to be done and pricing) and they don't force you to do any work as other companies. In fact I was told I could grab 2nd opinion for some plumbing work I was looking to get done, but in the end I did not bother and went with this company. To be quite honest, never could have been any happier. The prices are pretty reasonable for a flat rate company as the price includes warranty costs, gas/truck charges, material, labor.. ect

I called, they came ,they fixed ! !! I was very happy with the level of speed that they came after initial call . Shaun was very polite and did an amazing job .They quoted a fee and for that I expected the minimum amount of work but he not only fixed the problem he took out all the old plumbing and replaced it and gave me much more room under the sink ! Currently I'm doing renovations around my house. Got a bit overwhelmed about the mess and decided to call Rid Of It. The guys are super nice and accommodating. My husband was away and I didnt really understood their pricing. So once they guys saw the pile they pretty much did a breakdown of the charges and explained why the heaviness affected the price. Derek and Garrison were fast and efficient.They even swept before leaving. Strongly recommend this company.
