I recently had to put my cat to sleep at OSPCA Newmarket due to health reasons etc. The staff were were so kind and caring, I would recommend them to anyone. Without OSPCA I don’t know what I would have done, a big thank you to everyone.

I had my 13 year old Golden Retriever bathed and groomed at Splish Splash and couldn't be more delighted. Luanne was gentle with the dog as she worked, didn't try to do too much at once but instead gave him breaks so he didn't get stressed, and has a real affinity with animals.
Prince and I were both delighted and am happy to recommend Luanne and Splish Splash!

Nicole is a pleasant person and a good groomer. We have a 17 year old dog and were looking for a groomer who does one dog at a time, grooms the dog in a timely manner and does not put the dog in a cage. Woofur's team has been beyond amazing. When my dog is diagnosed with terminal cancer, they didn't discriminate him from attending daycare like the other daycare my dog went to, instead they took extra care of him so that he can still enjoy his social life with his buddies. Furthermore the support my family recieved is huge, from emotional support to research done for my dog to help find the best medical practitioner, supplements, and alternative treatments.
