I was SO HAPPY to find these cleaners again after taking a hiatus from cleaning services that I am giving them 5 stars. :)
I am a picky customer with high standards that I am told no one will ever live up to. Bal & Sonia are a nice young couple who go the extra mile but dont overcharge you for doing so!
If you need a cleaning service with good customer service skills, where they listen to your needs and do a few extras here and there, while maintaining a consistency for the time they charge

Bought a butterflied leg of lamb for our Christmas dinner. Never cooked with a local lamb before, was worried it may be to gamy or tough. I stuffed it with goat cheese and spinach the meat cut like butter! The butcher was kind enough to cut up the bones for me to make a gravy. The best Christmas dinner to date!

Can Tire on Cedar Hill Rd has come through for me on two consecutive Xmas repairs. When many places closed and they were swamped they still managed to fit me in without appointment after snow left my splash guard dragging under the car. The guys did a permanent repair quickly while I had coffee. Kudos and thanks to front staff and techs for customer service above and beyond.

I noticed a leak last evening under a sink in our older model trailer, spoke to Vern this morning, he came out this afternoon, not only repairing the drip, he replaced all the aging connections under the sink. Great service, I would highly recommend CoVal Plumbing , they will make appropriate repairs. Nice to be able to support local.

Just in time for the holidays. We would give Harry more than 5 stars if possible. We are thrilled with how clean and fresh the carpets turned out both in our office, as well as our home. We also had the upholstery cleaned - it all looks as new! He was professional, punctual and did the work with personality plus. Excellent and very fair. I called several other -Rooter- companies and received questionable practices. one of them quoted me 3 times what I paid to Royal Rooter. I am sure they just expected me to pay it since they were already there. The other one wanted my credit card up front. Royal charged me 1 hour minimum and then by the hour after that. Drew was courteous and knowledgable and fixed it in the first hour. Royal should always be at the top of your list of companies to call. Thanks.
