Rick is great at what he does! There are only 3 other employees as far as I know and that is what makes his service AMAZING! It's personal, helpful and quick! He knows you by name not just by number. Second visit and received the same excellent service as the first. I had a Pioneer 4220 stereo installed to replace the factory model within 2 hours and at a more than reasonable price and installed professionally. Kudos !
