While Osteria is not designed to be particularly "child friendly," the staff went out of their way to keep our hungry toddler happy during a wait that took longer than anticipated (these things happen when you wander in on a Friday night without reservations). The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. If I lived in the neighborhood this is definitely a place where I could become a regular. And in the end, the food was well worth the wait. We just recently had a team building event here and the service was amazing. I dealt with Amber over the phone and she made booking and paying for it so easy. Dr. Grewal and his team at Pro-Grace are the epitome of professionalism and caring treatment. There were no long waits, the front staff were pleasant and knew their jobs. The dental assistant was gentle and the surgeon for my extraction was excellent, always keeping me informed and checking on my well being.
