I wasn't planning to write a review but the very negative one popped up and I felt compelled to respond. I have been dealing with Bev and the previous pharmacist at this pharmacy for over a decade on some tricky issues. They have ALWAYS been extraordinarily pleasant. I hope the earlier reviewer will give them a second chance.

He has always fixed my car and my wife’s , his labour is the cheapest around and he only fixes what needs to fix nothing more . There’s no mark up on parts and he tries to get them where it will save you the most money!! You can’t lose by coming here you can only win!! Thank you to the young man who took time to stop what he was doing and checked my tire pressure. My light came on suddenly on my way home from Grand Bend to Sarnia. He checked all 4 tires and filled the ones that were a bit low. Wonderful service. So glad someone was there!

My son locked his keys in his car and I am over an hour away. He answered right away, assured me he could be there shortly, gave me a time frame and was even there a bit earlier and get him unlocked in no time. Highly recommend!

I had a problem with my diesel truck which showed up after a garage I had been patronizing for 6 years did some routine service. This garage was not too helpful and at one point they gave me my keys back and told be to take it to another garage. I did. Dean Listened, went on a couple of road tests with me. He took my truck home overnight and was able to track down the problem. He fixed my truck and now has a new customer!
