My car's alternator unexpectedly started whining and getting louder. Tony had a listen to the problem and agreed the voltage regulator was shot. He had the exact rebuilt alternator I needed on the shelf and promised to have it installed within a few hours. Very straightforward and honest transaction, clean shop, great install, great price and with warranty.

The technician that cleaned my car was AMAZING. I am so impressed by his hard work and attention to detail. The weather was pretty cold and he still took the time to make sure my car was spotless. I think he went above and beyond what I asked for, while being very friendly and polite. I wish I had thought to offer him a coffee or something warm after the service! great service, no mysteries on price of parts and cost of labor, the staff at DPS take pride in what they represent and leave no questions before or after work is done, I will be going back and really like having DPS working on my truck, my truck always feels better than new when I get it back and I myself always leave there a little smarter:)

Don't even know where to begin, my entire experience was 5 star! There was $14000 worth of damage on the bmw but after receiving my vehicle back it honestly looked better than before. Also great customer service experience, these people are always friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond for your satisfaction, especially the manager Jason. I visited Cochrane Image and Autobody this past week, as I required some work on my Audi A4, due to a minor fender bender that occured a week prior. The quote that I was given for the required work, was less than two additional quotes that I had obtained that week. Additionally the service and workmanship that I received there was exceptional.
I have owned several high end vehicles over the past few years and I can state, without a doubt, that my experience here was incredible. Cochrane Image and Autobody, went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Additional work that I had asked to be carried out last minute, was completed in a timely fashion. Furthermore, my vehicle received a comprehensive cleaning (interior/exterior) at no additional charge. In short, I received superior treatment; better than I recieve from the dealer with which the vehicle was purchased, at a fraction of the cost. I will ensure that all of my vehicles are serviced at this location, moving forward.

He’s ALWAYS fair & ALWAYS truthful. If something isn’t necessary, he’s not pushy or aggressive. Safety is his #1 concern. Jorge is the most trustworthy, fair mechanic I’ve ever come across.
