I have had both Jeff and Rich work on my cars since before Budget started almost 20 years ago! They and Jeff's son Rob are the best in the business! They are professional and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the automotive business! I highly recommend them if you need anything at all done to your car. Tony knows all types of vehicles and only fixes what needs to be fixed. His rates are reasonable, and he is honest. I was amazed that the issue I was having was under warranty, and Tony arranged it to be fix under warranty and didn't charge me a cent. I will be sad the day Tony retires. God bless you Tony!

In all sincerity Mike and Tony are two fantastic gentlemen, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest ! They take great pride in their workmanship. I’ve had extensive work done to my 2006 Navigator from securing trim to fabrication of running boards and a few things in between I have always been very impressed ! Alan installed our new garage door opener today and I can't say enough good things about his workmanship, cleanliness and his professionalism! He went out of his way to correct a badly installed garage door and replaced parts and adjusted other parts and this was all done with a smile on his face. Should be called the honest mechanic. The owner Paul is very polite and informative. He will help you, give advice and tell you what he thinks will work even if it doesn't benefit his business. He's so honest and the work and prices are great! He goes above and beyond what any mechanic has ever done for us! Saved our car from the cracked head gasket while we're here for a shutdown. Definitely recommend this shop!!

We drove in from out of town to purchase a car. The dealership didn’t notice some damage to the rear bumper but immediately called Carsmetics who took us right away. We picked up the car a couple of hours later and it looked like the bumper had been replaced it was so perfect. Jeff did an amazing job and I highly recommend Carsmetics for any car.

I had a tree fall on my car In Dec 2019. My insurer sent me to CSN in Burlington and I was treated very well. Unfortunately in March 2021 I noticed that the paint on the roof was bubbling and cracking. I took it in and WOW - they looked at it asked me to leave the car, offered a rental and my car was fixed and back within 5 days! THE BEST warrant experience I have ever had.
