This is a fantastic clinic in all respects! The front office is very efficient and friendly. The clinic is also extremely clean and welcoming and will accommodate appointments for you during your lunch time which may be theirs. They are also very compassionate to their patients. I had an acute disc herniation in my neck with symptoms down my arm. The Physiotherapist owner diagnosed my condition on the first visit and then recommended I ask my Dr. for an MRI. Guy goes above and beyond as a trainer!!. I started working out with Guy as a way to become stronger after having back surgery. Guy taught me how to train properly with better technique so I won’t injure myself again. As a trainer Guy goes out of his way to accommodate your needs and abilities. Not only was Faz dedicated to finding the root causes of my body aches, blockages and pains but he showed patience and paid close attention to what my body needed. Initially I went through a sort of shock when he started with the actual massages, but after a second visit my body was much more relaxed and could enter easily into a meditative state. He has also left me with homework so to speak, small stretch routines, etc. I can tell his intuition is transactional with all clients and I look forward to working with him more in the future. I called them on a Tuesday in a rush when I found out the lease end inspection on my 2012 BMW X3 was just 2 days away. I wanted the car to look impeccable and needed a full exterior and interior detail STAT. Owner told me they were booked for the week, but that if I would pay a tiny bit extra he'd keep a guy overnight to detail my car. Seriously? That's some Ritz Carlton level service right there.
