Dr. Matthew is very welcoming and easygoing. At my first visit he was very engaged in learning my health history and how I've been suffering with back pain for years. He completed his examination, which included objective measures of my spine's function which we could measure again and compare afterwards. I called them on a Tuesday in a rush when I found out the lease end inspection on my 2012 BMW X3 was just 2 days away. I wanted the car to look impeccable and needed a full exterior and interior detail STAT. Owner told me they were booked for the week, but that if I would pay a tiny bit extra he'd keep a guy overnight to detail my car. Seriously? That's some Ritz Carlton level service right there.
