This company has serviced our in floor heating system, installed our ductless air conditioning and our air exchanger as well as they installed the gas to our house when we built it. They are professional, friendly and they are excellent at what they do. They are my first choice and I feel very safe and confident with their work. I highly recommend them.

Our landlord asked us to find someone in Barrie to fix it, and when the service fellow (Michael) showed up, it was up and running within the hour. He was pleasant and knew his stuff. I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again

Great service. They solved a problem with a air circulation unit (no power to switch) and were able to move a thermostat for better access (innovative approach). Cleaned up afterwards. Reasonable price as well. Highly recommend!

After replacing our complete heating & a/c system, we had an ongoing problem with our programable thermostat which McCrea’s replaced under warranty. The system worked well for awhile until after a power outage, it failed. With no manufacturers support, McCrea changed it outright to another system which is performing well to date. Kevin & Chris are very professional & supported us through the lengthy process to finally make our system work well. We remain a very satisfied customer.

I am very impressed with these guys. That's really rare to happen.
From the first meeting to the testing point of the installed water heater everything was done in the timely manner. Watching the installers working was a pleasure - each of them precisely knows what to do and when.
