Dropped off at 7:20 AM this morning (Apr 07/21) - David was upfront about the wait time (based on quick inspection) - booked an appointment for (Apr 12/21) in case they could not get to it today/rest of the week and said it would be better not to drive. Up front about cost and emailed me the quote and that they could possibly get it done tonight by closing. Got the call it was ready - very impressed with the staff and the job that they did. Jeremy was great to deal with. They re- checked the "problem" that was diagnosed by another garage only to find out I can keep my money.... They are nice fellows and I'll be returning to them with any work that needs to be done in the future. I'm glad these guys are around :-)

Literally dialed the wrong number. Meant to call another guitar store. The owner Mark answered the phone and I apologized for the mix up. He said no problem and asked what I was looking for. Within an hour I had purchased an amp from him. I’m in Ontario and they are shipping free. No pst so I’m saving $$$. He put one of his techs on the phone to help walk me through the product and help me with a decision. These folks are knowledgeable and have a great service structure.

Jay fixed and did a set-up on my Epiphone Casino (a re-make of the Gibson John Lennon Casino, seen in the Beatles' rooftop concert) and I got it back today. It had some tuning issues, bridge problems and the intonation was a bit off, but now it plays like a dream! I am happy I live so close to this awesome shop in Calgary downtown and I highly recommend them for friendly service and professional guitar expertise.

A couple of years ago my car needed a muffler. The price my dealer quoted seemed high so I contacted Tim. Bottomline, he was able to replace the entire muffler system at a lower cost and in a timely manner.
I've relied on Tim and his team numerous times since for regular maintenance as well as recommending/supplying new winter tires.
Tim's superior level of customer service is consistent and he is honest and fair. I would recommend him enthusiastically to all.
