I have been to other telescope stores that lack attention, service, and give a bad feeling as if they are more bothered.
I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to my new telescope! Shame on the other store who made me feel like I was bothering them. This is a real store with real service and support! Sall's very knowledgeable and experienced. A very busy place, small setup allowing max 2 cars to be serviced at a time. However, he spares time to explain the problem, gives you options and recommendations. I got my tires replaced and also fixed my door lock, both jobs well done

Well I thought that the old school folks were all gone but I met one at samco electric, very reasonable plus he knows his stuff. I thought mine was a 90 but it was a 130 da on my part, he does go the extra mile there is more to this story.

My first visit to this shop in Richmond was very rewarding. The shop itself was clean and orderly. The gentlemen I spoke with were knowledgeable, friendly and fair. It was very easy to locate, they were extremely helpful when I called for directions. I have been recommending their shop since my first visit and I plan to go again very soon.

Matt and Jag can be very helpful, they will usually try to cut you a deal if it is possible. I really enjoy going to a mechanic that I can trust and who explains things simply to me. I would highly recommend coming here if you feel your mechanic is scamming you. I have been scammed by mechanics who are also family friends. It is very hard to find a good place to take your car. OH YEAH Ocean Park also has a wonderful coffee machine if you have to wait around!

We have our kids here taking music lessons. The teachers are so great with the kids and the results have been impressive. Our daughter has gone from barely knowing how to hold the instrument to playing a whole song on stage. I would highly recommend this school based on the quality of the staff and instruction.

We had bad flood and thankful we called Masters. We got Alex and Kelsey come to our house and they couldn't have been better. Went above and beyond and helped us out tremendously. I'd recommend anyone that has this tragedy to make Masters your first call. Alex was great at explaining the situation and calming us down. Also help when drainage repair came as well as insurance adjuster. 5 stars wasn't enough for the great service we got from Alex and Kelsey. Thank you Masters Remediation.

Great service, very welcoming and friendly. I had a few nicks and scratches that they buffed out and repainted along with my repair and my old car is looking better than ever. The paint job was nearly perfect apart from a minor imperfection and they finished my major repair in a timely manner. I didn't have car rental coverage, but they supplied me with their on-site loaner car. It was great all-around and i plan on returning in the future.
