If there were 10 stars I would have picked 10. Friendly with the best service anywhere.
I had water leaking into my truck shorting out my electrical system. 15 minutes flat Rod had it figured out. This is my go to place for glass and upholstery. Just the laughs we had were worth the trip. Bud worthy.

Dave responded to my phone call within 12 hours which is more than I can say for other businesses. His quote was very reasonable and his work was top notch. No problems with his repairs after a year. He also followed up in my satisfaction for the work he did. I would recommend this business.

We saw this company at the Cowichan Home Show and they came by to give us a quote. The salesman spent a good 2-3 hours awnsweing all of our questions about switching from baseboard to ductless. We had a few other quotes but this company was by far the most knowledgable and preofessional. We ended up going with 2 units in our home and they are working fantastic. The installers were great to deal with. We are excited for air conditioning and to hopefully save some money on our hydro bill next year

We were very happy with the service. Not only did he do an excellent job, but Mike was a very nice young man with an attention for detail. We loved that he answered all our questions and offered tips on how to get the most out of our roof. Our roof looks brand new.

Peter Mah and staff at Royal Oak are superb. Peter is extremely capable and, unlike most of the rest of the profession, is aware that aesthetics have a huge impact on people's self-esteem. Also surprisingly affordable, as they do the lab work in-house. The supporting staff are competent, patient, and understanding. I unreservedly recommend this clinic.
