I've wanted blinds in my living room and bedroom for some time now and did some research and found that Kootenay Budget blinds were quick to respond to my call and to come to my home to take the window measurements. Kevin, one of the installers arrived and was punctual and precise with his window measurements and blind recommendations. I was even more impressed when the custom blinds arrived within two weeks! Kevin was punctual in arriving and putting up the blinds in less than 20 minutes! very impressed with this level of service and quality. Thank you.

I was passing through Cranbrook on my way to the coast and needed to grab a few things so I stopped at Marks. I was in a hurry and was hoping it would not take forever to find things in the store. I was pleasantly surprised at the staff that work there. I was greeted at the door and then shown where to find the clothes I needed. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Everyone was cheerful and friendly. I wish the Marks in my town was like that. I will drop in again on my way back home. Mekka S

I used this place for pre-wedding mani/pedis in mid-June 2013. They were able to accommodate 7 of us well and had none of us sitting around too much. Excellent job, great service and friendly staff. I definitely recommend it to others!

Professional - kind - courteous- these are just a few words to describe the care & attention you’ll receive at this business. I am a recent (June 2017) below the knee amputee which is quite traumatizing to wake up & discover you are missing a limb, but Dr Beek assured me I would be up & walking in no time & with his recommendations & expertise in prosthetics I am up - walking- & rocking the prosthetic leg he made me!!!!
