Just want to say that Dr. Kwong has done an outstanding job with my dental work. I live in Richmond BC and have gone to several dentists, but the crown and implant surgery Tony did for me was amazing - virtually painless, professional, and it all looks and feels great. (I can bite and chew better than ever).
Parking costs if you park at the back, but there is no charge if you take one of the two spots directly in front of the office. The staff are so nice as well.

I had very serious fatigue with worse and worse model for 30 years. My all family members were involved in sadness. I was completely hopeless about this problem. By my friend's recommendation, I got excellent treatment from Dr. Zhu in Wen Acupuncture and TCM Clinic. He is very nice and very very knowledgeable. Now I was totally recovered in the normal situation. My whole family went back to happiness. I strongly recommend this doctor to everyone.

It is challenging to find people who can help you when you are most vulnerable. In our case, we needed advanced nursing care because my wife had our 3rd child.
The help was great. They came and did most of things that should be done by a healthy mom--including, get this--bathing our toddlers, diaper changes, massaging my wife's post-partum distended belly, cleaning and even cooking!
Note, they are Korean with some English. As long as they do such great work, that's not a barrier.

After being hesitant about seeing a dentist after a long time away from care, she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I have a Cpap machine, it is a device that sends pressurized air into a face mask. The nasal mask I use for Sleep Apnea. I needed to clean the mask every day or it would start to smell bad if left more than a couple of days. One treatment and its been more than a year now since I have had to clean it, and ever night when I put it on it smells clean. Also it has stopped or slowed down the decaying of the thin silicon nasal pillow. I used to have to replace it every few months.

When the pain in my knee, legs and hip became intolerable on a weekend away with family I knew it was time to seek alternative medical treatment. My daughter had suggested Dr.Lee whom she found very good.
On my first visit, Dr.Lee asked me the history of my knee problem. We reviewed my medical history and also the MRI report which I had done on both my knees. With this information he was able to pin-point the exact area where to apply the Laser Therapy.
The end result was terrific. Each week the sharp pain in my knee was diminishing. It became bearable to walk again.
Dr.Lee and his treatments were amazing . I would urge other people in pain to try laser treatments. It works!

Dr. Cheung is a professional and considerate dentist. My 3 year old had 6 cavities and was quoted by another dentist $3000+ for treatment under general anaesthesia. Not only was I weary of putting my child under general anaesthesia, but I was also appalled by the price tag. Dr. Cheung informed me of a much more affordable option using a topical solution (SDF), without the need for general anaesthesia. Thanks Jeff! He is also great with kids!

As a person who has "dental issues" I've continued to stick with Dr. Lueke's care since moving to Nanaimo. For over twenty-five years, since moving to Nanaimo. I've found her office-workers to be extremely understanding, gentle and more then willing to work within your dental plan OR financial state when it comes to necessary work. She has never suggested work above what is absolutely required. I've recommended Dr. Lueke to each and every person who has inquired about a reputable dentist.
The only issue I have is with the transit system in Nanaimo [who doesn't!!??]

I find Dr. Noel to be one of the best for treating ear and hearing problems. He is sympathetic and very understanding of the frustrations a very hard of hearing person is experiences. His office staff are very helpful and willing to adjust for clients, especially those who come from other areas. I would personally recommend him for his openness to listening and explaining the why questions patients ask of him.
