Just had my Honda Civic in for service today, I was very reluctant because I didn't know the auto body shop, but I was amazed at the total experience. They resolved the problem and did a complete inspection of the car, and they didn't suggest any suspicious repairs. The final price was very fair based upon then time spent diagnosing. The staff was very friendly, offered me coffee and conversation as I waited. I will use them in the future.

We contacted Glass Pro to install a very large mirror in our living room. We shopped around and found Glass Pro was the most economical. They did a pretty amazing job. Everyone who visits our home compliments and always want to know where we got it done from. They were professional and on-time. Love the mirror..it gave a fast and a beautiful face-lift on a small budget to our rather bland living room .

I was not looking forward to bringing our tax prep papers to a different business after our accountant retired. Heather at the Beamsville H & R Block was fabulous from the moment we sat down at her desk, until she had all the papers completed and in our hands 60 minutes later! While we were at the restaurant, the fire alarm went on for about 20 minutes. Needless to say it was not that pleasant.
Out waiter however handled it great. he was very attentive to his clients, apologizing for the inconvenience and the restaurant not only offered us a free desert ( their special deep dish cookie! yum) but 2 coupons for a free desert the next time we visit.
I was really happy to see the restaurant own up to what could have been a disappointing experience.
Food was great...as always!!
