Delicious food. Fresh. Good number of choices. Food prepared and put in buffet as needed. Vegetables crisp. Calamari different from other calimari I have eaten and very good. Good variety on the menu as well. Price very reasonable. .

Excellent fish. Open the batter and it is full of fish. good value and prompt service. Take out was ready in minutes. I am going back to try the oysters. I gave 4 stars only because of the lack of beer on the beverage menu. A very enjoyable meal. good job!

Excellent friendly staff! specifically at this location. Unlike the reviewer below( believe she has the wrong store altogether )The severs remember my orders, including the extra toppings I like , and unlike most of the other subways here in Nanaimo, aren't cheap with the toppings . I specifically drive out of my way to go to this store - usually am there when its busy around lunch, but have also gone late in the evening and although the staff has changed , they also have given good service.

I’d say 3.5 really at the most, waitress was fantastic. Chefs don’t know their cook times. Steak I asked for medium, it came medium rare. Wife’s rack of
Lamb came medium rare when she asked for medium well. Food was tasty but for the price not really worth it. Place could use a renovation. Probably top notch back in the day.

I love middle Eastern food but it's hard to find a restaurant that does it good. And my partner's a vegan and there's so much here to eat.
The persian chicken plate is made from free-range chicken and smothered in a great selection of spices - i think they said 18 different ones!
This is my favorite place for baklava too. The syrup they us is perfect.

We think this is the best Japanese restaurant in Nanaimo and surrounding area! The quality of the seafood used in the sushi is much better than average and the batter used in tempura is light and lacy --unlike the usual heavy stuff you usually get. The menu is extensive and the beer is ice cold. The chef has 25 years of experience. We hope this restaurant is here to stay.
