When my car broke down for the second time, I got a second opionion. I also paid half of the previous tow and waited half the time. I like Rick Keegan...he is friendly, considerate and treated my baby like I like her to be treated....lots of TLC.
Since she is very low to the ground, Rick used a new tool I've never seen before...a Carrier Skate...and she skated right up onto the deck. From Stewart Ave in Nanaimo to Yellow Point (about 20k) it only cost me $60. This compared to the $100 previous charge for a few km from Nicol St to Northfield Rd where I waited over half an hour stranded on the highway in the pouring rain hoping no one would run into the back of my car.

Natalie the dispatch person was very understanding and helpful. Chris the tow truck driver came to my rescue. Their service was above+beyond exemplary!! Thank you so much for being so understanding over my dumb/silly situation I got myself into...thx also to the 2 neighbors,their friend & the 2 other gentlemen that came to help!! Muchly appreciated ? (Blk ChevyS10 truck) on Blythewood Rd.

After seeing how they treated our company fleet I began taking my car, then my children's cars there. Service us always fantastic and thorough but I also like that they don't push things into your bill. The other thing I've noticed over the several years I've known them is the familiar faces of the mechanics. They are long term and happy people. I highly recommend Holm's. ?
