I had a fantastic experience at Altum Spa & Wellness! The calming atmosphere and attentive staff, especially Cynthia, made it special. Friday, Monday and Tuesdays I go in there to get my tea and breakfast sandwich before my bus comes. Usually in and out wothon 10ish minutes. Good food.

My Travel Scoot scooter is now almost 7 years old, and has been in 11 countries, 6 airlines, 2 cruise ships. It has been wonderful to have such reliable transportation, and gives me so much freedom to 'walk' almost everywhere. Having had polio at a young age, my Travel Scooter is a great way to be mobile.

I give it five stars based upon what it is - a clean, safe, and most importantly, cheap place to stay downtown Vancouver. It is exactly what it purports to be. The rooms were almost funny they were so small but it had what you needed and nothing was scuzzy. Share it with a friend and it is the same price as a hostel. Everyone was friendly.
