I was sold the wrong tire rims from a Fountain Tire in Alberta last Spring. When I went to put my winter tires on a week ago, I found out about the mistake. I went to the Pembina Fountain Tire and they took full responsibility and fixed the problem promptly. They contacted the Alberta Fountain Tire, switched my tires to proper rims, and on top of all that- put my winter tires on, free of charge. I am so impressed by their excellent customer service, their integrity and for going above and beyond

I bought rebuilt a car for my wife from Kareem (as is condition) and drove it home. It would not start the next day. Called Kareem and he came over with his son to try to fix. He could not get it going so was going to tow to his shop and fix at this own expense. Then I took the keys out of the ignition and he noticed it was not the original (got new one cut). He asked for the old key and the car started. He laughed and left. Honorable man. Deal with him as he stands behind his sales.

I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. Our houses stucco had many cracks and missing patches and old paint was starting to peel off. Painters Direct guys were careful with prepping the area before starting the job, patched stucco imperfections and applied 2 coats of elastomeric paint. The house looks much better and patched areas are unnoticeable. Doug the owner responded promptly to all my calls and inquiries and his crew was polite and professional. I happy with the service and end result.

Recently ordered a custom birthday cake on short notice (less than a week). Ive contacted a bunch of bakeries around town and they would only take the order with a ridiculous surcharge. After I explained my circumstance, Cakeology actually came up with a solution for me so that I can still have my custom cake in time. They were very accommodating and helped me make this cake happen. On top of their excellent service, the cake tasted amazing. Definitely one-of-a-kind. Highly recommended!
