I went to the Tillicum Mall medical clinic today and was impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the office staff. I was greeted by Pat and Cathy and found them to be extremely helpful and polite to my situation. They were fully booked at the time and they didn’t need to go above and beyond - but they did. They were able to fit me in between appointments with Dr. Perry. I was so impressed with the service from Pat, Cathy and Dr. Perry that I wanted to share my experience.

In Kusadasi, Eren met us at the ship with a van and took us to the House of the Virgin Mary and then to Ephesus. It was a fascinating experience, and so much more enjoyable with a knowledgeable tour guide! Eren explained everything along the way, and I highly recommend him. Private tours are so much better. They are worth every cent!

As a general contractor, I have used Matt as a plumbing sub-contractor on a number of projects. He provides great service in a timely fashion, and always delivers excellent results. He is quick to respond when needed, and very fair in his pricing. I wouldnt think of calling any one else for all of my plumbing projects!

We took it for a test drive a week ago, shopped around, and went back on Paul's day off to buy it, he was happy to come from Victoria to do so. He has been very helpful to us, and always honest. I found the total experience incredible. There had to be about 15 to 18 guys working there and not one standing around doing nothing. Considering it was towards the end of the day the place was very clean with tools all in their place. I really enjoyed watching the show. And yet one of many things stood out, it seemed to me that safety definitely came first in everything they did. They were not only very friendly to the customer but to each other.
Thank-you one and all for running such a place.

We called on Friday to make an appointment for the next day, Saturday. However, Saturday . started out very badly. The person who made the appointment didn't know there was limited service on Saturdays and the work we needed may not be possible. This was made worse by the fact we travelled by ferry to get here. All is well that ends well, however. Alex somehow got the repairs done for us. He turned an unhappy customer into a happy one and we will come back....maybe not on a Saturday. Thank you

Mr Butterfield got me a fair agreement in my separation, which meant less tension later on between my child's father and me. Michael really know his stuff and his forthrightness is refreshing. He may seem a bit gruff but I found him incredibly supportive. I highly recommend him.
