I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.

Matt and Jag can be very helpful, they will usually try to cut you a deal if it is possible. I really enjoy going to a mechanic that I can trust and who explains things simply to me. I would highly recommend coming here if you feel your mechanic is scamming you. I have been scammed by mechanics who are also family friends. It is very hard to find a good place to take your car. OH YEAH Ocean Park also has a wonderful coffee machine if you have to wait around!

More than anything I hate pushy salesmen or having someone in my face pressuring me into something I am unsure of. My experience at Langley Hyundai was probably the best I ever had, they answered all my questions accurately and were very patient with me. Being a woman it’s been difficult to find honest mechanics. I had a leak prob with my Jeep. I went and bought sticky tape and he spent hours cutting out each individual seal. I cannot recommend this shop more. Saved me lots of money! His time, care, and attention meant so much. Very grateful to have found Doug. He is now my “go to” mechanic. Others have said “all” jeeps leak!...not no more!
